Quotes are a collection of semantic tags for the purposes of quoting people.
Blockquote = A block style quote.
Quote = An inline style quote.
Cite = Attribution to a publication/source.
And what's missing that makes this confusing? No semantic tag for author attribution. Annoying and confusing, I know!
